Who operates AstraNovel

AstraNovel is operated by OWEGO INKFLOW LIMITED. In these Terms, “AstraNovel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OWEGO INKFLOW LIMITED as the operator of the AstraNovel website and related editorial services.

The AstraNovel service

AstraNovel provides independent editorial guides, reading explainers, trope education, and related website content for web-fiction readers. We are not a file-hosting service, author upload platform, or publisher portal on this website.

You may use AstraNovel to read public editorial content, browse guides, follow links to related reading destinations, and contact us about website, editorial, privacy, or support questions.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the public AstraNovel website for personal, lawful, non-commercial reading and information purposes.

Accounts and registration

AstraNovel's public editorial website can generally be browsed without creating an account. If an account, newsletter, contact form, comment feature, or related service becomes available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and promptly updating information that becomes inaccurate.

Payments and purchases

AstraNovel's public editorial website is primarily informational. If a paid feature, subscription, in-app purchase, promotion, or other payment flow is offered through AstraNovel or a related service, you will have an opportunity to review applicable fees before purchase.

Payment processing may be handled by app stores, payment providers, or support partners. Purchases may be subject to taxes, currency differences, platform rules, refund policies, and additional terms from the relevant payment processor or related service.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the relevant payment provider's policy, fees may be non-refundable once the relevant paid feature, content, or service has been provided.

Third-party links, ads, and related services

AstraNovel may link to third-party websites, advertising services, analytics providers, app stores, or related reading platforms such as NovelFlow. Those destinations are operated under their own terms and privacy policies.

Commercial or referral links are provided as optional next steps. AstraNovel does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, pricing, content, or policies of third-party services.

Promotions

Any campaign, promotion, offer, reward, or special feature made available through AstraNovel or a related service may have additional rules. If promotion-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific rules apply to that promotion.

Infringement notices

AstraNovel respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on AstraNovel infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, contact us with enough information for us to review the claim.

• Your physical or electronic signature, or authorization to act for the rights owner.
• A description of the work or right you believe has been infringed.
• The AstraNovel URL or location of the material at issue.
• Your email address and other contact information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict of laws rules.

All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer, privacy, or platform laws.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AstraNovel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to provide useful editorial guidance, but we do not guarantee that every page will be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every reader preference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OWEGO INKFLOW LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of AstraNovel or third-party links.
